"Was quoted $199 for 3 vehicles. Have had no accidents, credit is great. They charged me $500 in July and $300 in August. Called several times with no answers. Used the chat, no help. Sent an email to cancel and got a phone call. Asked to cancel and be refunded and was told I'd get a call back. Finally got a refund check issued for $226. Not sure how they can validate not refunding more since they didn't follow their quote and I cancelled as soon as I noticed the charges in August. Shady practices and highly disappointed."
